Does this violate Google's review policies?
No. The drafts ask for honest reviews — they don't offer incentives for positive reviews, don't ask customers to remove negative ones, and don't bulk-request from strangers. The language is natural and policy-compliant.
What if a customer gives negative feedback?
Paste that context in and note it as negative/mixed. The skill will flag the review request module and suggest a service-recovery draft instead — handle the issue first, then revisit the review ask if appropriate.
Can I use this for platforms other than Google?
