Refund Policy
CrewLaunch AI Skills are digital downloads and workflow packs. Because access is delivered immediately after purchase, sales are final except for verified delivery or access problems.
No refunds except access/delivery problems.
All AI Skills purchases are final unless you have an email, download, retrieval, or receiving problem that prevents you from accessing the files you purchased.
Refunds may be approved when:
- You paid but did not receive the delivery email.
- The download link is missing, broken, or cannot be retrieved.
- The purchased ZIP/file cannot be accessed because of a delivery-side issue.
- You can show a clear receiving/access problem and we cannot reasonably fix it.
Refunds are not offered for:
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Buying the wrong product by mistake after checkout confirmation.
- Deciding the skill is not a fit for your business.
- Not using the files after receiving them.
- Expecting done-for-you implementation from a DIY digital product.
- Free Starter Pack downloads, because no payment was collected.
How to request access help.
Email CrewLaunchAI@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:
- the email used at checkout;
- the product purchased;
- a short description of the email/download/retrieval/receiving problem;
- screenshots if helpful.
We will first try to deliver or restore access. If the access problem cannot be fixed, CrewLaunch may issue a refund for that purchase.
Chargebacks.
If you have an access problem, contact us first. Chargebacks for delivered digital products may be disputed with checkout records, delivery logs, and download/access evidence.
